A district-wide team built on collaboration, ingenuity, and the drive to compete.
Team 4054 The Aeronauts is a student-led FIRST Robotics Competition team drawing members from all three La Crosse high schools. Each January, FIRST releases a new game challenge and teams have six weeks to design, build, and program a robot capable of competing at a regional level.
The team spans every discipline needed to compete: mechanical engineering, software development, graphic design, marketing, fundraising, scouting, strategy, drive team operations, and pit crew management. No two seasons look the same.
Other teams are usually comprised of one or two schools, but our team has three schools, each giving us unique experiences and skills.
We meet at Logan High School, Room 196 — every Tuesday & Thursday from 4–8 PM. No experience needed. All La Crosse District students welcome.
